After Hours Maintenance Emergencies:

What is a maintenance emergency? In general it is anything that if not dealt with immediately will cause further damage to the unit and/or that does not provide the basic necessities to a member. If in doubt the emergency contact will assess the situation and make a decision whether immediate action is required.

If you have a maintenance emergency and the office is not open, please contact one of the following members for assistance:

Members must immediately report any serious problems to the co-op office or an authorized emergency contact. Members are not authorized to call in outside companies or purchase supplies to repair a problem without prior authorization from the co-op.
